Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BylineCV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Use of the platform

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use BylineCV.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.

User content

You retain ownership of all content you create on BylineCV. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide our services.

AI-generated suggestions and drafts are a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing them and for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer.

Pilot access & payments

BylineCV is free to use during its pilot. We do not currently offer paid plans or collect payment details.

If we introduce paid plans later, we will publish their prices, billing terms, and cancellation and refund conditions before you choose to pay. Pilot access will not automatically become a paid subscription.

Intellectual property

All platform design, code, and branding belong to BylineCV. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of liability

BylineCV is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using BylineCV at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
