3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on BylineCV. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide our services.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform design, code, and branding belong to BylineCV. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BylineCV is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the settings page.
